Thanks for being interested in running an event at Scotiacon 2026!

This year's theme is "Howl at High Noon". Our prairie is wide open for your ideas - whether it's a showdown of wits, a hoedown of dance moves, or a chance to gather at the watering hole and share your stories.

This form is for ONE event only. If you'd like to run multiple events, please submit each idea separately on its own form.

DJs: If you're applying for a DJ slot, please select "DJ Set" (under Session Type) and DJ Sets (under Track). This ensures the form shows you the extra DJ-specific questions (like genre, demo link, and set length).

We'll be reviewing proposals as they ride into camp during the open period. If we've got any questions or concerns, we'll be in touch. Share this form with your friends - the more events we've got, the bigger the hoedown!

Early submissions are always welcome, but the last chance to pitch your idea will be 26/10/2025. The sooner you submit, the more time we'll have to consider it. Final scheduling decisions will be made after the closing date.
