This year's theme is: 'Magical Mayhem’. This form is for ONE event only, if you would like to send multiple event proposals, please give them individually on different forms.

We will be reviewing proposals as they come in throughout the open period, if we have any questions or concerns, we will get back to you ASAP. Share this with your friends - we would love to see more things happen at the con!

Early submissions are appreciated but our closing date will be the 15th of November 2024. The sooner you send your proposal, the more time we will have to consider it! Final decisions will be made after the end of the submission period.
